Key Components and Working Principle

1. Feeding Hopper: The raw materials (seeds or nuts) are fed into the machine through a hopper.

2. Pressing Chamber: The seeds are then conveyed into a pressing chamber where a rotating screw crushes and presses the seeds to extract oil. The chamber is designed to generate enough pressure to extract oil without generating significant heat.

3. Screw Conveyor: This component moves the seeds through the pressing chamber while applying continuous pressure.

4. Oil Outlet: The extracted oil flows out through small openings in the pressing chamber and is collected in a container.

5. Cake Outlet: The residual solid mass, known as oil cake or meal, is expelled from a separate outlet and can be used as animal feed or fertilizer.
